Vacancy - Honorary Secretary of the WA Executive Committee

Dear Members

Due to ill health John Downs has regretfully decided he is unable to continue as Honorary Secretary of the Warsash Association's Executive Committee. We urgently need somebody to take over this important role from John who has served on the committee with distinction for several years now.

Duties include agendas and minutes of Executive Committee Meetings (about two per year at Portsmouth) and the December AGM. The Honorary Secretary also registers the names of those attending the Christmas Lunch held on the same day as the AGM. Whilst south coast proximity makes it easier for travel some current committee members live over 100 miles distant. If you are interested and can commit your time, we shall be delighted to hear from you, regardless of location.

If you want to volunteer or would like to learn more please reply to chair@warsashassociation.net with copies to eventsec@warsashassociation.net and to webdirector@warsashassociation.net.
