Notify personal and bank account details

If applying to join or an existing member changing your personal details please download the appropriate form depending on your country of residence. The address to use is on the form.

If an existing member go to B) below.

A) If applying to join:

In addition to paying the appropriate initial subscription, unless joining our Australian Branch, please remember to set up a Bankers (Standing) Order to automatically pay your annual subscription on the 1st January in future years. Australian Branch members pay their susbscriptions also on 1st January in response to a reminder from the Branch Treasurer.

If joining after 30 September your initial subscription covers a period of up to 15 months, that is until 1st January of the year after the next year. For example if you joined in October 2011 your second subscription falls due on 1st January 2013. Please ensure your bank knows this if you are setting up a periodic Bankers Order.

NB Since the AGM in September 2011 a separate "Joining fee" covering the cost of a WA tie is no longer required. You may optionally buy a tie in which case please contact the appropriate membership secretary as follows: Australia or New Zealand or UK and all other countries

After necessary checks, if your application is valid a member of staff will approve your membership application and process your payment. If you don't hear within a few days let us know using the "Contact us" menu. Once approved you will be sent login details for this website.

Now please Finalise your application.

B) If an existing member:

>>>> and you need to notify us of a change any personal details e.g. for one of the following reasons:
  • changed your bank account.
  • relocated to another country.
  • accidentally cancelled your existing UK Banker's Order.
please complete the appropriate form (see above), according to your country of residence, and post it to the address on the form.

>>>> in addition for all changes to personal (not payment) details such as address, phone, email address, please do the following.
  • update your own personal details on the website (click "Links: Control panel" on the top line of your screen, then in the left side panel click "Settings/ Edit profile".
